Spinach-100 g
Lentils brown ( masoor) -50 g
Garlic -4-5 pods finely chopped
Cummin seeds-1/2 tsp
Ghee -5 g
Salt as per taste
Dhaniya jeera powder
Red chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Wash and rinse whole masoor with water. Pressure cook it with salt ,
Clean and wash spinach and chop it
Heat ghee in a pan and add chopped garlic and Cummin seed
Keep aside some burnt garlic for garnish
Add chopped spinach, salt to remaining garlic and sauté it ,add salt ,turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and pressure cooked masoor and cook for - mins
Add dhania jeera powder , sprinkle burnt garlic kept for garnish Done ✅ Enjoyyyy!
