Ingredients

150 gram urad dal

500 gram curd

green chili, ginger, carom seeds, salt, stevia / sugar, water

chaat masala, red chili powder

10 gram oil

Method

Step 1

For dahi prep : Add sugar/stevia as per your taste and / tsp salt to the whipped curd. Add water to adjust the consistency.

Step 2

Dry masala mixture: Mix chaat masala with red chili powder.

Step 3

For Wada: Rinse and soak urad dal for four hours. Grind it with salt, carom seeds, green chili, coriander, ginger and a little bit of water to get thick consistency.

Step 4

Whip the batter for - minutes. Spread parchment paper on air fryer tray. Brush with little oil. Place the wadas. Air fry on ° for minutes on one side and minutes on the other side.

Step 5

Air fry on ° for minutes on one side and min on the other side. Dip wadas in warm water for a few seconds and take out.

Step 6

Put dahi on it. Sprinkle the dry masala mixture and enjoy.
