green chili, ginger, carom seeds, salt, stevia / sugar, water
chaat masala, red chili powder

For dahi prep : Add sugar/stevia as per your taste and / tsp salt to the whipped curd. Add water to adjust the consistency.
Dry masala mixture: Mix chaat masala with red chili powder.
For Wada: Rinse and soak urad dal for four hours. Grind it with salt, carom seeds, green chili, coriander, ginger and a little bit of water to get thick consistency.
