Eggs - 2 whole & 2 whites (4 eggs)
Onion - 70 g (long slices)
Cheese slice - 1
Schezwan chutney - 30 g
Red chilli powder, salt, pepper
Oil - 5 g
Crack the eggs into a cup, add the onions & schezwan chutney to it. Add about / Tsp Red chilli powder, / Tsp pepper & salt to taste.
Whisk it all well. Take a pan & brush some oil on it. Once heated add the omelette mixture to it.
Let it cook on medium low heat, cut the cheese slice into pieces & place it over the omelette as it cooks.
Cover this with a lid for a few minutes & let it cook well.
Once done, serve it hot & enjoy your delicious omelette! Tip : (Personally I've really liked eating this specific omelette with some rice, give it a shot & let me know in the comments!)
