Start with your hands on the floor below your shoulders. Your knees should be on the floor. This is the starting position.
Now, turn the hands over with the fingers pointing toward each other, i.e
the back side of your hands must be on the floor and the palms must face up
Now curl your fingers in to make a fist keeping your wrist on the floor
Pause and then relax
Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions
