The Supine Grip Bent Knee Inverted Rows primarily work the muscles of the upper back—the trapezius and latissimus dorsi. Hold the barbell at shoulder width with a supinated grip. Place your feet under the barbell at shoulder width and bend your legs.
Take a deep breath and pull yourself towards the bar using your hands and squeezing the upper back
Pause for a second Return to the starting position and exhale
Repeat for the desired number of reps
