The Resistance Tube Lateral Raisetargets the shoulders and also involves abs. Place your feet shoulder width apart on the band. Hold the two ends of the band in your hands. Place both the hands near your thighs.
Now, exhale and stretch your hands to the sides by pulling the band
Extend your left hand to the left side and right one to the right side simultaneously
Hold for a second
Inhale and bring them back to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
