Mini Band Leg Extensions target the quadriceps femoris. Secure the band around the left leg of the chair and loop the other end around your left foot. Sit on the chair with both the feet on ground.
Now, exhale and push your left foot ahead and extend your leg
Pause
Inhale and Bring the foot back to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps
Once done, repeat the movement with the other leg.
