Incline Dumbbell Curls target your biceps brachii, which is the biggest muscle in the biceps region. Sit back on a 45-60 degree incline bench. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with palms facing forward. Let your arms hang down straight.
Exhale and raise one dumbbell until the forearm is vertical and your palm faces shoulder
Inhale and lower the dumbbell to the starting position
Repeat with the other arm
Continue to alternate between the right and left hand
And repeat for the desired number of reps.
