The muscles worked by dumbbell shoulder press are the front deltoid, triceps and lateral deltoid.
Sit on a stool or on a bench and keep your feet firmly on the ground
Keep your spine straight
Hold a dumbbell in each hand slightly above your shoulders with your palms facing forward
Your arms should be bent by making 90 degree angle or lower than that
This is the starting position
Now, exhale and push the dumbbells up until your arms are parallel and extended overhead
Hold for a second
Inhale and bring the dumbbells back to the starting position above your shoulders
Repeat for the desired number of reps
