The Cable Seated Pullover targets the lats. Hold the cable attachment and sit on a bench facing away from the cable pulley apparatus. The pulley machine should be behind you. Grasp the revolving cable attachment overhead in both hands with an overhand grip. Your arms should be extended and parallel to each other, but remember to keep a slight bend in the arms, arch your back slightly.
Now, exhale and pull the cable attachment forward and down as far as possible
Hold for a second
Inhale and bring the cable attachment to the starting position overhead by extending your arms
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
