The Cable One Arm Reverse Fly works the rear deltoids of the shoulder. Stand with your side facing a shoulder height cable pulley. Grasp the stirrup cable attachment with the hand furthest from the pulley. Position your arm by bending your elbow at 30° to 45° towards your body. Hold the machine with the other hand for support.
Now, exhale and extend the hand with the cable attachment
Pull the hand outwards to the side by pulling the cable
Hold for a second
Inhale and bring the cable to the starting position by bending the arm
Repeat for the desired number of reps
Once done, repeat with the other arm.
