The Split Squats work your quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. Stand in front of a bench so the bench is behind you. Hold your hands in front of your chest. Keep one foot on a bench and stand on the other foot
Now, inhale and push the knee of your front foot forward
Exhale and push it back to the starting position by extending the front leg
Repeat with the other leg.
