Bodyweight Calf Raises work two muscles at the back of your lower leg: the gastrocnemius and soleus. Stand with feet slightly less that shoulder-width apart. Keep your torso upright
Now, exhale and raise your heels off the floor by extending the ankle as high as possible while contracting the calves
Hold the top contraction for a second
Inhale and go back to the starting position by slowly lowering the heels
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
