This exercise gives a good stretch to your elbow and wrist. Let's look at how it's done: Stand straight and join the backs of your hands together.
Keeping hands close to the chest, and lower the elbows
Hold this position for about 30 seconds
Then relax and return to the starting position
Repeat as recommended by the coach
