The Water Bottle Triceps Extension focuses on the triceps. Stand straight with feet shoulder width apart. Using a double-handed grip, hold the water bottle overhead with palms facing upward.
Bend the elbows and lower the bottle behind your neck with a slow controlled movement
Make sure your upper arms stay in place, and lower only your forearms
Now, push the bottle up and return to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
