Unilateral Seated Leg press primarily works the quadriceps. Sit on the bench and place one leg on the pad. Your starting position will be with your knee bent at 90 degrees. Place the foot of the other leg on the ground. Take a deep breath, engage your core.
Slowly push yourself away using your leg
Come back to the starting position and exhale
Repeat for the desired number of reps
Then repeat whole set with other leg.
