Unilateral Machine Rows work the back muscles. Sit on a bench with the support at your chest. Hold the machine handle in one hand with an overhand grip.
Exhale and pull the handle towards you by bending your arm
Pause
Inhale and come to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps
Once done, repeat with the other hand.
