The Unilateral leg extensions target the quadriceps, which are the large muscles of the front of the thigh. Sit on the bench and set one foot under the ankle pads.
With the desired weight set in the machine, exhale and curl the weight upwards, using your foot
Feel the contraction on your thighs
Inhale and slowly lower the weight back to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps
Once done, repeat with the other foot.
