Twisting Standing High Row targets the lats but it also works all of the back muscles. Stand facing a high pulley , slightly above head level. Grasp stirrup with one hand with an overhand grip and step back so the arm is straight. Now sit down on one of your knees and place the foot of your other leg on the floor.
Exhale and pull the cable stirrup down and change the grip to underhand grip as your bring it down
Bend your arm as you do this
Hold for a second
Inhale and bring the stirrup to the starting position by extending your arm
Repeat for the desired number of reps
Once done, repeat with the other arm.
