Mini Band Tricep Pushdown targets your triceps. Stand with shoulder width apart. Hold the mini band in your left hand and place your hand on your right shoulder. Hold the other end with the right hand with the palm facing downward.
Now, inhale and pull the band downward by extending your right arm
Pause
Bring the right hand back to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps
Once done, repeat the movement with the other arm.
