A Mini Band Tricep Overhead Extension focuses on the long head of the triceps. Stand straight with feet shoulder width apart. Hold one end of the mini band in your left hand and place your hand behind the back pointing upwards. Hold the other end of the band with your right hand from above.
Now, exhale and pull the band up with your right hand by extending the arm upwards
Inhale and lower your hand back to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps
Once done, repeat the movement with the other arm.
