Towel Inverted Row works the Abs, Back, Biceps, Forearms, Shoulders. Fasten a towel at a height higher than you. Hold it firmly in hands and extend your arms. Thrust your feet forward and hang on to the towel.
Now, inhale and pull yourself forward holding the towel by bending the arms
Hold for a second
Exhale and extend your arms to come back to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
