A Toe Touch targets your glutes, hip flexors, quads, hamstrings, calves, and core. Lie on your back and lift your legs until they’re perpendicular to the floor. Extend your legs and your arms.
Now, inhale and lift your shoulders off the floor and try touching your hands to your toes
Continue to keep your lower back on the floor
Exhale and Lower your shoulders back to the ground and come to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
