T Bar Rows target the muscles in the back. Place the bar on the ground in between your legs. Bend your torso, go down and hold the bar with both the hands. Your arms should be extended.
Exhale and pull the bar up and close to your torso
Pause
Inhale and come to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
