Preparation

Stand behind a chair or a bench and use hands for support. This is the starting position.

Method

Step 1

Place one foot in front of the other in a straight line

Step 2

Then lift the hands and hold the position for as long as is recommended

Step 3

Then relax and return to the starting position

Step 4
