Sit slightly forward on a bench or platform in order to grasp the cable bar attachment in both the hands. Use an overhand grip. Straighten the torso and slide hips back until your knees are only slightly bent.
Now, exhale and pull the cable attachment towards your waist by bending the arms
Hold for a second
Inhale and bring the cable attachment back to the starting position by extending your arms until arms
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
