Standing Single Leg Calf Raise with machine targets the calf muscles — gastrocnemius and soleus. Set yourself under the shoulder pads of the machine with one leg in line with the shoulder and the other leg lifted up.
While standing on your toe, slowly raise your heel and pause at the top for a second
Make sure to keep the knee straight at all times
Now lower your heel and stretch at the bottom
Return to the starting position
Repeat with the other leg.
