Preparation

This posture helps in developing physical and mental balance, stretching the abdominal muscles and the intestines, helps to keep the abdominal muscles and nerves toned, improves the posture and strengthens the arms and stimulates digestion. Let's look at the steps: Stand with feet together and the arms by the sides. This is the starting position

Method

Step 1

Inhale, lift your left leg, bend it and grab hold of the shin by interlocking your fingers on it

Step 2

Bring the knee close to the chest with toes pointing down

Step 3

Stretch the whole body from top to bottom

Step 4

Gaze in the front and maintain balance

Step 5

Hold the position for 5 breaths

Step 6

Exhale and slowly release the arms and left leg down to the starting position

Step 7

Repeat on the other side

Step 8

Precautions: Be careful with the ankles, warm up before the practice.
