Standing Inclined Eversion Calf Raises primarily work your calf muscles. Stand and set yourself under the machine. Place both the legs on the pad with toes in a V shape. Stand in an inclined manner.
Now, exhale and slowly raise your heels using your toes
Pause for a second
Inhale and return to the starting position by lowering your heels
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
