Stand and set yourself under the machine. Place both the legs on the pad while standing in an inclined manner. Place the feet shoulder width apart or less.
Now, inhale and slowly raise your heels using your toes
Pause for a second
Exhale and return to the starting position by lowering your heels
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
