Squat Jumps will help you build lower body strength, especially in your quadriceps and glutes. Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent. Hold your hands in front of your chest.
Now, in order to squat, push your hips behind and go down until thighs are parallel to the floor
Once you squat, pause for a second and them jump up high by extending your arms to the sides
Come back to the squat position almost immediately with hands in front of the chest
Repeat the exercise for the desired number of reps.
