SpiderMan Push Ups work your chest, triceps, shoulders, and forearms. Place your palms on the floor. Extend your arms and legs. Keep your toes on the floor.
As you exhale and lower your torso by bending the arms, push your left knee out to the left side
Turn your head slightly towards the left
Inhale and push yourself back up and bring your leg to the starting position
Repeat the movement by pushing out the right knee.
