The Spiderman Plank strengthens your entire core, both the front and the back. Get into a high Plank position by placing your palms and toes on the floor. Keep your back straight.
Now, raise your right knee up towards your right elbow
Bring it back to the starting position
Raise your left knee up towards the left elbow
Come to the starting position
Remember to breathe normally
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
