The Smith Machine Stiff Leg Deadlifts target the hamstrings, glutes, and lower back. Stand with feet shoulder width apart. Now, take a deep breath and engage your core.
Lower the torso by slightly bending your knees
Hold the smith bar with shoulder width stance
Keep your torso or the lower back as straight as possible
Lift the bar, straighten your torso and exhale
Return to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
