Smith Machine Lunges primarily target the glutes. Stand and set yourself under the smith bar with feet shoulder width apart. Unrack the bar and step back with one leg, so that one foot is ahead and one is behind and legs are pointing in the same direction.
Now, inhale and lower the body by bending both the knees
Hold for a second
Come back up to the starting position and exhale
Repeat for the desired number of reps
Once done, repeat by placing the other foot forward.
