Skull Crushers are a great exercise that target the triceps brachii. Lie on a flat bench facing upwards. Hold a barbell with a slightly narrow overhand grip. Position the barbell over your shoulders, arms extended.
Now, bend your elbows and slowly lower the bar to the forehead
Then extend your arms and raise the barbell, when you do this, squeeze your triceps
Come back to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
