Preparation

Sitting Punches target abs and obliques and also involve shoulders. Lie flat on your back in a relaxed position. Keep your feet flat on the floor Keep your hands in front of your chest with closed fists.

Method

Step 1

Brace your core, exhale and slowly raise your upper body just enough to feel a strain on your abs

Step 2

Throw a desired amount of left and right eye-level punches

Step 3

Inhale and go back to the starting position.
