The Single Arm Kneeling Row works the upper and lower back, shoulders, biceps etc. Sit on the ground by bending one leg and placing one knee and the other foot on the ground. Loop the mini resistance band around the feet in the front. Hold the handle in the opposite hand.
Now, exhale and pull the band backward by bending your arm
Inhale and extend your hand back to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps
Once done, repeat the movement with the other arm.
