Shoulder Rotation Helps keep your shoulders healthy and improve your posture. Let's check it out: Stand straight with your legs apart. This is the starting position.
Keep your hands on the shoulders
Breathe normally
Start rotating your arms in big circles to the back – 5 Circles
Repeat rotation to the front - 5 circles
Release the hands and get back to the starting position
Repeat for the prescribed number of reps
And that's how you do shoulder rotation.
