Seated Single Leg Machine Calf Raises work the soleus and gastrocnemius muscles which make up the calves. Sit with legs at shoulder width apart by placing them under the thigh pads with one leg lifted up. Place the other foot flat on the floor.
While being seated, exhale and slowly raise your heel and pause at the top for a second
Then inhale and lower your heel to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps
Once done, repeat with other leg.
