Seated Calf Presses target the soleus muscle. Sit on a bench. Place both toes on the pad at shoulder width distance in front of you. Slowly push yourself away using your feet until the legs are extended.
Now, exhale and push your heels away from the pad using your toes
Hold for a second
Inhale and bring the heels back to the pad
Return to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
