Preparation

Seated Cable Row primary movers are the lats and rhomboids. Sit on the bench. Hold the V bar with both the hands with palms facing each other. Place the feet on the leg rest and push your hips back to the point where your legs are extended with slight bent in your knees. keep your arms extended and back straight.

Method

Step 1

Now, inhale and pull the v bar towards your navel by bending arms and arching your back a bit

Step 2

Pause

Step 3

Exhale and come to the starting position by extending arms

Step 4

Repeat for the desired number of reps.
