Rotational Mountain Climbers primarily target the abs. Get into a high plank position by placing your palms and toes on the floor. Make sure to distribute your weight evenly between your hands and your toes. Keep your hands about shoulder-width apart, back flat, abs engaged, and head in alignment.
Pull your right knee across to the left elbow and go back to the starting position
Repeat the motion with the other leg
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
