Reverse Snow Angels target the shoulder muscles. Lie down on the floor on your chest and stomach. Stretch your hands forward and your legs at the back. The palms should face the floor and your toes should be pointed towards the floor. Lift your arms and legs so that they hover across the floor.
Now, move your arms through the sides towards the pelvis
Hands and legs should not have any contact with the floor
Come back to the starting position in a controlled way
Remember to breathe normally
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
