The Resisted Bird Dog exercise works the Abs, Chest and Shoulders. Place your hands and knees and toes pointed downward on the floor Loop a resistance band around your left hand and right foot. Keep your back parallel to the ground. Do not arch your back
Exhale and stretch your left arm forward and your right leg backward while pulling the band in opposite directions
Hold the position for a second
Inhale and bring your arm and leg back to the starting position
Repeat this with the right arm and left leg.
