Resistance Tube Triceps Push Down primarily targets the triceps. Attach the tube higher than your height. Hold the handles in your hand each. Now, bend your torso forward and bend the knees.
Inhale and pull the handles down towards your thighs so your arms are extended
Pause for a second
Exhale and bring the handles to the starting position by bending your arms
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
