The Resistance Tube Front Raise works the shoulders, pectoral muscles, trapezius, core muscles. Place your knees on a resistance band at less than shoulder-width distance. Stand straight with chest out and back straight. Hold the resistance band in both the hands, with palms facing your thighs.
Exhale and pull the band up until your arms are parallel to the ground
Hold for a second
Inhale and lower the band down to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
