The Resistance Tube Bicep Curls target the bicep muscle in the front of the upper arm. Place your feet Shoulder width apart on the band. Now take a handle in each hand with and underhand grip, i.e. palms facing forward and stand up straight. Keep your back straight, head straight, chest up and stomach tight. Start with your arms straight down and elbows tight to your sides.
Exhale and pull the handles up with both hands and bend your arm up as much as you can like you are curling your arm
Pause for a second
Inhale and bring the handles down to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
