This exercise works your back muscles (i.e. your lats, traps, rhomboids), and your rear delts. Place the resistance band under your feet. Stand straight and hold both the ends of the band in your hands, one in each. Keep your legs staggered and lean slightly backward while holding the band
Now, exhale and pull both your elbows backwards towards your hips as you pull the band with both the hands
Then inhale and extend your arms back to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
