This exercise mainly focuses on the rhomboids, trapezius, and rear delts. Stand up straight and hold an exercise band out in front of you at around chest height. Your hands should be shoulder width apart and arms extended.
Then inhale and exhale, pull the band apart, squeezing your shoulder blades together
Inhale and return to the starting position
You can change the resistance of your band if it’s too easy or hard
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
